We are beginning our final descent. Please fasten your seat beltreturn your seat back to the upright position and stow your tray table, (and return your footrest to its initial position) . 假设你是航空公司服务人员,遇到下列场景中的情况,该如何应对?

场景1:广州—北京航班,延误一个小时,旅客得知航班延误,非常生气,要求下飞机并退票。

场景2:广州—杭州航班,由于目的地杭州机场上空雷雨覆盖,航班延误没有具体起飞时间。一位金卡旅客急于前往杭州参加一项重要的招标会议且金额巨大,旅客非常生气要求乘务员解决问题。

场景3:客舱中有一位旅客晕机,乘务员前来帮忙时旅客不小心吐在乘务员身上。

场景4:客舱中有一位非常调皮的小旅客,来回跑动,旁边的旅客非常不满。

场景5:头等舱两位旅客聊天,影响到头等舱要客的休息。
